Lost Crusade is a hardcore, fast-paced progressive raiding guild located on the EU server Boulderfist

Normal Schedule:
Wednesday,Thursday ,Friday ,Sunday , 18:45 – 23:30 Server time.
Progression Schedule (Ulduar):
Wednesday,Thursday ,Friday ,Sunday ,Monday, 18:45-23:30 Server time
Note: This is a hardcore guild that intends to compete Ulduar asap and then start hard modes, if you can’t put up with these raid times, please do not apply.
Attendance:
All Lost Crusade members are required to attend all scheduled raids. Attendance is strictly enforced as we are a hardcore raiding guild, however, letting an officer know or posting of an absence ahead of time allowing for the proper preparations to be made for the raid team is acceptable. Members with excessively low attendance will be reviewed and removed in time.
Loot System:
We use an open-bid DKP system. When an item of epic value drops, an officer will announce the item in the raid channel and start taking bids. Members interested in that item will then begin bidding openly in raid chat, using only numbers divisible by 5. The minimum bid is currently 5. If you do not wish to continue bidding, simply say “Pass” in the raid channel.
As usual, members have priority on loot over trials; trials will not be able to participate in a bid if a member is interested in the item. If members are not interested in the item, trials will then be asked to bid. If trials are not interested and the raid channel is left empty, we will then begin to roll on the item for off specs.
U will take 35 dkp per raid a new boss kill its a +5 dkp !
IF u fail u will take MINUS 25 DKP . DONT SHOW UP FOR RAIDS?? AND u signed up that will cost u minus 18DKP ! u argue with the RAID LEADER ?? that is another MINUS 20 DKP and u must need to keep vent clear !

ALL TANK ITEMS, SET AND NON-SET WILL BE DEFAULTED TO THE MAIN TANK (AND ONLY THE MAIN TANK). This is to ensure fast and efficient raid progression.

Note: If for whatever reason you are not in the raid group because the raid is currently full, you will still be awarded DKP as long as you are online.
Raid Content:
We are primarily focused on 25man content. Although we do take 10man content seriously depending on its difficulty (Sartharion + 3 Drake), we do not include it in our raiding schedule (unless all 25man content has been cleared already). 10man content raids do not have a specific schedule and will be formed at any given time that does not conflict with our 25man raiding schedule.
Raid Environment:
Raiding Environment will be quite relaxed during Trash and all, but there are just a couple things we would like Members to do, and not do during Boss Encounters and Looting:
During Boss Encounters, Please leave vent clear for all Raid leaders to convey instructions to the raid. This Includes but is not limited to, calling out abilities to another player, asking for a Battle Resurrection (raid leaders will call this out), asking for BL or stuffs like that, and any other bullshit not essential to raiding.
DPS meters and heal meters will not be posted in raid, ever. Officers will look at these through Officer Channel, and comments will be made to underperforming individuals in tells.
During Looting, keep raid chat and Vent clear as to not screw anyone over by missing a bid. If you do not need an Item please move to the next Are and if there are enough people, Clear Trash.
Any and all AFK's shall be sent to a raid leader please do not announce it in Vent or Raid chat, These should be sent to Ptoma oR Stoti!
Loot Will be Master looted and Bids handled by Ptoma or Ecthelien or Wert.

You enjoy having a good time while raiding. Trash can be boring -- why not laugh a little before it's time to focus and be serious?
You don't mind staying past raid time to kill a new boss that the previous attempt was at 3%. (Bonus DKP for such an event.)
You dislike a guild and raid full of drama. Our guild was formed on the principle that raiding should be fun AND efficient.
This guild IS NOT for you if:
You constantly make mistakes that cost yourself and sub-sequentially the raid.
You constantly show up late for raids.
You are looking to casually raid.
You are looking for a free ride.
You come unprepared to raids. Both strategically, and without consumables.
You magically AFK during trash and show up during a boss encounter.
You are sensitive to crude, racist, and otherwise offensive language.
Applications will be reviewed and discussed between the Recruit Officer, if we feel you are worthy, we will contact you and interview you for further information, or discussed by the leadership of the guild together. Once accepted, applicants will be held in the trial rank where you will be evaluated and tested, this trial period will last approximately 2 weeks. During this time you are expected to play at your very best. If we feel you have proven yourself to us we will promote you to member status.
